In anticipation of this year’s edition of the “Struga Poetry Evenings”, which will take place from the 22^nd to the 26^th of August, the poster and the promotional video have been published.

The graphic design of the poster is the work of Enkel Dika, the famous graphic artist and designer from Struga, while the video production was done by ZOOTROP Studio. Music: A fragment of the “Concierto de Aranjuez”

The poster and the promotional video illustrate the motto of this year’s edition of the “Struga Poetry Evenings”:TOUCH OF BEAUTY. With this motto, we wish to accentuate the specific aspect of poetry and poetic language which enables the contact between a human being and the higher spheres of Beauty embodied in poetry. At the same time, we wish to pay our respects to the innovation of the Braille writing system. Since its codification 200 years ago, the tactile and relief character of the Braille alphabet enabled blind persons to enter the world of books and writing and thus feel the beauty of poetry.
