Besnik Camaj is born near the source of the river White Drini in Peja, Kosove. He grew up with wonderful nature beauties of that region. Diplomed as electronics engineer in 1983 in University of Prishtina, he didn’t stop further postgraduate studies in Zagreb -ETF, in Stafford -NSP, and finaly in Lausanne -ETH. From the spring of 1989 he lives in Switzerland, another wonderful country. From 1990 until 1999 he organized free comoputer courses in all swiss towns. He is founder of Association of Albanian Writers in Switzerland -SHKSHZ. Master of Science, he was first assistant, then professor assistant, full professor and now he is lecturer (docent) of Computer Graphics in University of Applied Sciences in Yverdon-les-Bains. He teached in University of Geneva HEPIA and University of Lyon, as well. In literary world he is known as Bes Camaj. First poems, he wrote at the age of 12-ve. Most of his poems are dedicated to love and human spirit, within the philosophical undertone.
