Poets

Erol Tufan was born in 1959 in Gostivar, Macedonia. Poet, essayist and translator. He studied Law at UKIM and the Selçuk University in Konya, Türkiye. He works as an independent lawyer in Istanbul. He is a poet, essayist and translator. He writes and publishes in Macedonian, Turkish and Serbian language. 

He has translated into Turkish language the majority of the representatives of different generations of Macedonian poets, such as:  B. Koneski, A. Shopov, A. Popovski, M. Matevski, G. Todorovski, P. M. Andreevski, R. Pavlovski, B. Gjuzel, M. Stefanovski, J. Danilovski, S. Gj. Dimoski, B. Tashkovski, S. Gigov, I. Isakovski, V. Martinovski, V. Tancheva-Zlateva, M. Stojanovska, J. Velichkovska, E.K. Pituklova.
